Carroll Music is located at 625 W55th street, between 11th and 12th Avenues.

To pickup or drop off equipment you will usually use the loading dock. It is the middle out of the three loading docks in our building (between Car Cash and Bexel.) Once in our loading dock you’ll want the elevator on the western side. There’s an intercom you can use or just call our office to let us know you’re here to pickup your order.

If you’re coming to our studio spaces or offices (or if you’re picking up a very small order and don’t want to wait for the freight process) go to the west end of the building (closest to the West Side Highway- under the Bexel sign.)

After hours and on the weekends please buzz 6 on the intercom (at the western door) so we can buzz you in. There is an elevator in the lobby, come up to the 6th floor- studios straight ahead (past the monitor showing what groups in what studios.) Offices to your right stepping off the elevator.

Please pay attention to the street signs and watch for hidden driveways if you park on the street. There is a lot on 57th st between 11th & 12th with a back door that lets you out on 56th right around the block from us. There is also a lot next to Alvin Ailey on 55th st between 9th and 10th aves. We don’t validate any parking.
